FOOTBALL FITNESS TRAINING
Using the most modern training methods we will improve fitness and reach the level of top football players while improving tactical behaviour, in the team and individually, but also skills and technique.
This is done by training in normal size football pitch and by using GPS Tracking Technology in every training. In this way we can use football realistic drills to improve fitness while as we said we improve tactics, skills, and technique.

In a mix of basic strength, functional and football strength we cover all the aspects of the strength that a PRO football player needs.
